PMC Midlands Case StudiesThe Electrolytic Plating Co. Ltd. (EPC), Walsall PMC Midlands designed and built a new 1,500 sq/m steel frame portal building for EPC electroplating treatment plant and office block.
This involved Planning Permission processes, including a Build Over Agreement due to main sewer drainage, the demolition of existing commercial buildings and all groundwork, including foundation bases and drainage to accommodate the main sewer drains.
The steel frame building was constructed and insulated with composite Micro-Rib panel cladding for energy-efficiency and to meet the latest building regulations.
