Bermer Place, Imperial Way Ind Estate, Watford

PMC Midlands were the main contractor for the design and build of nine light industrial units at Imperial Way Industrial Estate, Watford on behalf of Bermer Ltd

The main building is a steel frame construction fitted with Wards Microrib composite panels. Each unit incorporates a concrete mezzanine floor.

The nine units each provide 1200 sq ft of light industrial space, with 1200 sq ft of executive air conditioned office space upstairs.
