Connect Distribution, Birmingham

Construction of a third steel frame warehouse to further expand Connect Distribution's facilities.

The new warehouse is 10 metres to eaves providing maximum usable space from the limited ground area available.

A considerable amount of ground had to be cleared and concrete Milbury Panels were put in place to create a secure retaining wall.

The warehouse is a steel portal frame building with composite panels fitted, in keeping with the existing site development.
