Key Business Park, Birmingham

PMC Midlands designed and built three long warehouse/office units, split up into multiples of 1,000 Sq ft and designed to be suitable for a variety of business uses.

Existing buildings were demolished and all civils and service work was carried out.

The buildings were constructed of steel frame, with part brick and colour co-ordinated cladding on the exterior. Inside each unit was fitted with insulated under purling lining.
