Mead Industrial Estate, Hertfordshire

PMC Midlands designed and built 10,000 sq/ft. of office and warehousing space suitable for business leasing.

The work included all civils and was constructed of steel frame, with a low brick wall and cladding externally.

A high loading mezzanine floor was added later. This reinforced floor was constructed of a steel tray and concrete to accommodate the specific needs of the tenants.
