The design and build of a two-storey office block extension to the existing premises of an industrial metal fabrication business.

PMC Midlands designed and built a steel frame extension with a mezzanine floor to maximize available space. The new build was fitted out to provide quality office facilities.

The steel frame portal building was constructed and insulated with composite Micro-Rib panel cladding for energy-efficiency and to meet the latest building regulations.

The existing industrial unit was refurbished in matching Micro-Rib panel cladding to modernise the building and improve energy efficiency.
